Advice to Management
  1. Be more transparent on performance evaluation and feedback giving. This is very important for both management and individual contributors.

  2. Actively work with your people to grow them and give them good autonomy, instead of insisting on processes and agile rituals.

  3. Based on project complexity and the constant demand to deliver, you should be remunerating people more. There are companies out there that are just as exciting and take better care of their people on this topic.

  4. Be less sales-driven and more data-driven. Always building features based on one big client doesn't always work.
