Pros

Exciting projects await, but only if you're fortunate enough to be placed in the right team. The reality is that your success at the company rests heavily on who you work with, rather than your own capabilities and merits.

Cons

Company values are just lip service; they have no bearing on actual workplace culture. With a lack of flexibility and diversity, you'll never feel truly comfortable or secure. Don't even think about pursuing your own ideas or initiatives. Just blend in and do as you're told.

Despite their empty promises of concern for employee well-being, management only truly cares about those with personal connections to the higher-ups. It's a facade, a smokescreen to improve their image to the outside world, but the truth is that they don't truly care about their employees.

Advice to Management

Stop writing fake reviews on Glassdoor, at least.
