Contentsquare has been a really rewarding place to work. The management team has a strong vision, and you can feel it in the way the company moves forward. There’s a lot of trust, transparency, and a genuine sense of direction.
The projects are interesting and challenging in a good way — never boring! But the best part is the people: super smart, friendly, and always willing to help. Always happy to drink a beer with them after work.
It can get a bit intense sometimes because there’s so much going on. But if you like a fast pace and working on exciting stuff, you’ll probably enjoy it.
Keep the communication flowing and the focus clear. It really makes a difference.
