Costco typically does three interviews, starting with a screening interview over the phone. If it goes well, you will be asked to come into the location and interview with the department and then the general store manager. You must also pass an impromptu drug test at the interview to get an offer.

Pros: A very simple and relatively stress-free job if you don't move up to a supervisor. You work your way through the company and see what you like. If you're a student, they can be very accommodating to your schedule. The consistent hours are nice. A lot of the workers are pretty friendly here, too. Some of the managers/supervisors are really cool people!
Cons: I didn't like some of the managers/supervisors. I pushed carts for a while and always felt less important than everyone else who worked there. Also, a job like Costco is only enjoyable if you work with people you like. The members that shop here are generally pretty nice, but I have experienced some nasty people. The pay is also not the best for how much physical work you have to do.
