During seasonal hiring, they need manpower, so they spend several days doing interviews. Policy is to have three members of management interview you. Often this is separate, but for me, my first interview had two managers. The questions were pretty generic, and I honestly butchered them. I think personality is what they look for the most. If you are willing to push a line of carts and show up on time, you should be good.
