Pros: Great benefits, flexible scheduling around college classes, and lots of resources available to help you succeed.
Cons: Overbearing micromanagement, uniform disciplinary standards with no allowance for extreme situations, very strict on attendance, unsupportive management constantly breathing down your neck, impossible expectations with less payroll than necessary, and extreme levels of stress.
