Pros: Paid sick days Full-time Vacations

Cons: Hours are very sporadic. Hard for single parents and family life balance.

Pros: Good pay, great benefits, good sick time, good vacation time.

Cons: It seems like the company only cares about "rewarding the shareholders". We have rules in place, but we break them all the time for members, and it's always the managers. Employees for the most part will follow the policy and rules, but management will get involved and let the members do what they want anyways, making a fool of the employee and not doing anything about disrespectful members.

Pros: The company definitely takes care of its people. In pay, benefits, time off, you name it. The culture is fantastic as well; people are generally positive, and it creates a good environment to work in. Definitely recommend if you like to work hard and serve people to a high standard.

Cons: Not really any general work politics, here and there but very reasonable.
