Process
I have had two interviews because the position opened up twice in six months. I had what seemed to be a great interview, and I was set up with things to work on. The second interview was a follow-up, but I still felt like their reaction was more "getting through the motions." I wish them the best, but it doesn't make me confident in future interviews.
