Full Stack Developer Interview Experience - Issaquah, Washington

Process

Costco canceled my second technical round 10 minutes prior to the interview. When the reason was asked, they said it was due to the interviewer not being available. I was ensured that the cancellation had nothing to do with my performance. I had high hopes and kept waiting for a week, as the first two rounds went very well. But after a week, when I followed up, I got a response saying that the position was filled by another person. Which I felt was completely unprofessional.

When companies expect their candidates to be truthful and professional, we expect the same from them. I like Costco as a company, but the interview process is very crappy and needs to be looked upon.

Questions

It was pretty easy. They focused on the technologies mentioned in the CV.
