Applied through a recruiter. Got a call after 1 month. The first round was a telephonic interview with the manager, which lasted 30 minutes. Questions asked were related to work experience. The second round was a face-to-face interview with two managers at the Issaquah center. It lasted for 45 minutes and went really well. They asked questions about time management, QA process, and test plans, and asked me to draw an architecture for an e-commerce application.
