I recently had an interview with a manager from Costco, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The interviewer didn’t turn on the camera, and it seemed like he hadn’t even reviewed my resume. Neither had the recruiter, since the questions and discussion had nothing to do with my background.
Additionally, the job description didn’t list any specific technologies, which made it unclear what the role actually required. Overall, the process felt unprofessional and quite disrespectful.
