After networking with a lot of Costco recruiters on LinkedIn, I finally received a call for a video interview with the hiring manager. I took over a month to prepare for this interview and set aside my time for it. I answered most, if not all, of the questions and I should say I did pretty awesome, only to be ghosted.

Don't worry about it. They never care to respond. They think the interview process is a joke and has no value for the candidate's time.
