The wages and pay raise schedule is nice. So are most of the coworkers. Plenty interesting people.

Photo center is chill. Food court not so much. Several cart pushers got back injuries.
Not all labor is equal, so some get harder work than others for the same pay. Managers will at times ask you to perform things outside your pay grade, i.e. helping to build furniture for the break room.
When I was there, I also had a white manager call the location's reputation "ghetto", lol.
Customers are a mixed bag, as with any retail place.
Just remember to treat everyone with respect and cut back on favoritism.
