Ability to grow if you're willing to put in the time and make sacrifices (work in other departments, pick up extra shifts, etc).
It takes many years to move up. There's lots of competition with experienced employees. You must be willing to work any and all shifts they throw at you if you want to remain in good standing with supervisors.
