The company has a great organizational system in place. Of course, with the volume of business, it falls to the management, supervisors, and staff to make adjustments. The people are really supportive of each other, and the training is good.
It is physically demanding work. It may not be for everyone.
Just a suggestion, but from my POV, the supervisors should have more regular meetings or a better mechanism for each to know what the other is doing.
