• Fairly easy • Typically not super busy except on weekends • Pay is good • Nice coworkers (when you can talk to them)
• Strict management; you can’t talk at all while working, or they will get mad at you. Even if you are folding clothes or just asking a coworker for help, they get annoyed. So, even though you’re a team, don’t expect to really feel like you’re in one.
• Don’t expect to work for what you were hired to do originally; they usually have you at any place and will decide what is best for you. I was hired for the clothing area, since that’s where I had experience, and ended up working front end.
• Management varies, so some are really nice and some honestly couldn’t care about you whatsoever and will be rude.
• Can be draining. Clothing is usually very slow, and you can’t talk or listen to music. Front end is more fast-paced, but people can be super rude.
• Do not expect management to help. They won’t. You figure things out by yourself and hope you get on their good side; otherwise, you’ll be cut off.
Be more lenient and nicer towards workers. People work best in healthy environments, usually where people are praised and provided support. If you are constantly treating workers as children, they will not be happy and will leave.
The interview process includes typical retail experience questions and scenario-based questions and answers. It is dependent on the warehouse, but it typically involves the candidate and the department manager. Overall, a fairly simple process.
Easy. Straightforward. Just like any other company. Asked a few questions about your job history and how you work with others. Then told me I should hear back in a couple days.
It was relatively easy. I just asked basic questions about experience. Most of the harder questions came from asking about customer service. Just remember they aren't customers, but members. They offer little training, so once you start, you're kin
