While it was a fairly conventional interview, it seems the selection process is very rigid. They also get your hopes up, telling you what you want to hear, and then you get disappointed when you never get a call back.

I had a friend refer me, so the process was quick. They call you for a quick phone interview and then, if that goes over well, they give you a time called for an on-site interview, which lasted about 20-25 minutes.

They took me to an office with two managers and asked basic behavioral questions. After the initial interview, I talked to the AGM to give him my information, and I started two weeks later. They seemed to really appreciate that I was dressed up in bu
