They let you do a student program so you can work very little hours and do your schoolwork. The point of it is so you are able to have a job when you are off from school for break, etc. A college retention program is what it's called.
Some job positions they post take way too long before they get back to you and let you know if you got the job or not.
They should be a little more diligent in filling their job postings.
