Some good managers/supervisors.
Unfortunately, at this specific location, being a hard worker goes unnoticed and unappreciated. They have a specific manager who creates a very hostile and toxic work environment. Also, management will say one thing and do the complete opposite.
Don’t go back on your word when it comes to opportunities for an associate to learn more, gain certifications, or training opportunities.
