- Negative comments on a regular basis from management.
- Little to no positive feedback.
- Management plays favorites; DEI is front and center here.
- Sizable staff turnover.
- Little to no training in any position.
- Physical work; standing, lifting, and walking all day long.
- Be prepared to be moved from department to department.
- No continuity in anything.
Manage by example. Constant fault finding and negative feedback is not management. Listening, training, and positive reinforcement is.
Members want to see positive, happy employees. Constantly switching employees from department to department is stressful and accomplishes little in the long run. Open your eyes and learn who really works in your warehouse and who does not.
