The pay rate is the highest in the industry, with an outstanding benefits package, and a high return on 401k and company stock options.
I just resigned as a 15+ year employee. It was a struggle from the beginning. I should have called corporate on dozens of occasions. I was always told that the "needs of the business" were secondary to caring for the employee and member service. I was bullied, harassed, belittled, and retaliated against for a mental health disability and many major surgeries that occurred over my time there. They have an "open door" policy, which eventually leads to backlash against the employee who comes with causes for concern. There was very little support, encouragement, or appreciation for doing what is RIGHT. The handbook has VERY CLEAR and precise terms for anti-harassment and discrimination, but they FAIL tremendously in following what they preach. It was not a healthy fit, despite the benefits. I had to resign, as I was never heard, or even respected in the slightest manner. Money, greed, and corrupt people got ahead in the end.
Hold people accountable, including your management. Your pay and benefits package is incredible, yet mediocrity, lying, bullying, and backstabbing is acceptable. This is a member service profession, and employees are more interested in personal politics rather than member care. Very disappointing and incredibly sad.
The interview process includes typical retail experience questions and scenario-based questions and answers. It is dependent on the warehouse, but it typically involves the candidate and the department manager. Overall, a fairly simple process.
Easy. Straightforward. Just like any other company. Asked a few questions about your job history and how you work with others. Then told me I should hear back in a couple days.
It was relatively easy. I just asked basic questions about experience. Most of the harder questions came from asking about customer service. Just remember they aren't customers, but members. They offer little training, so once you start, you're kin
