All of the staff have an open-door policy and are very kind and quick to help resolve any issue you may have.
Not a con, but you should know this: the job is physical, and you will be on your feet your whole shift.

Front End Associate
You have to apply online several times. It helps if, after you apply online, you go into the store and ask to speak to the hiring manager. Do this a couple of times at least, so they know you are serious about a job there.

Behavioral questions were the most common, like: "Why do you want to work here?" and "What makes you a good fit at Costco?" Leadership questions were also asked, so go off that.

I had a friend refer me, so the process was quick. They call you for a quick phone interview and then, if that goes over well, they give you a time called for an on-site interview, which lasted about 20-25 minutes.
