Great company, great benefits, great pay. There's always room for growth.
Costo (the company) is great; its leadership (at least at my last location) had a bad reputation for being one of the worst in the city. I experienced it myself, that's why I left. And it takes a lot to leave such a great company. I was not doing well health-wise and would bring my medical paperwork with restrictions to the office, so they knew that I couldn’t do certain things. They didn’t care, and every day they would place me somewhere that required me to do said restrictions.
There are really great Managers in many locations, and then there are the few that just make it harder on their employees. Don’t be a bully.
The interview process includes typical retail experience questions and scenario-based questions and answers. It is dependent on the warehouse, but it typically involves the candidate and the department manager. Overall, a fairly simple process.
Easy. Straightforward. Just like any other company. Asked a few questions about your job history and how you work with others. Then told me I should hear back in a couple days.
It was relatively easy. I just asked basic questions about experience. Most of the harder questions came from asking about customer service. Just remember they aren't customers, but members. They offer little training, so once you start, you're kin
