I advise you to have more communication between all managers and supervisors (especially on the front end).
There were way too many situations where I would be told one thing by a supervisor and then another supervisor would come along and say I was doing that same thing wrong. It always went back to managers telling some supervisors one thing, and other managers telling other supervisors to do another thing. This was especially inconvenient during COVID.
I recently had an interview with a manager from Costco, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The interviewer didn’t turn on the camera, and it seemed like he hadn’t even reviewed my resume. Neither had the recruiter, since the q
Screening interview. The hiring manager called and asked questions for 45 minutes. Your experience aligned with the role. Duties of an SA: * NFRs * Disaster recovery What documents do you prepare as an SA?
One coding assessment too difficult to solve.
