My five years with Costco served as a phenomenal steppingstone in my career as a manager. Not only does this company offer great perks and, of course, their healthcare coverage, but they really taught me the structure of how to run a business.
Weekends and holidays are pretty much mandatory.
It is a very corporate structure with those standard cons. And of course, it’s retail-based, so you have to have the right personality and energy.
