Good company, but politics
Good pay, great training, and good opportunities for advancement in Australia. It's overall a good company to work for, but be prepared for some unusual promotion decisions. Management that were sent over from the States for initial setup in Melbourne were fantastic, upper management especially.

Local management hires were pretty unprofessional.
Customers can be completely feral in Oz. Generally, you can just give them what they want, but some people are just nuts, same as customer service everywhere.
Try to uphold the US standards here in Australia. The training and support systems were great for me as a supervisor, and overall, I found it a good place to work. But once local management had become entrenched, the usual Australian way of jobs for mates set in.
