I have been working at Costco for just under 4 years in a variety of positions
Good pay, great benefits. There is an opportunity to move your way up in the company, but patience and perseverance are necessary.
- Incompetent senior level managers.
- Members are generally rude.
- Understaffed. Most people work through lunches and breaks in order to finish their workload, with most people doing 2-3 jobs at a time.
Costco needs to institute training programs for future supervisors and managers.
