Costco is a great company to grow with
Profit sharing, insurance, pay, and opportunity. You don't need a college education. You can start working when you are 18, and by the time you are 21, you could be making $20 an hour.
Lot of competition. Have to be willing to work very hard and do whatever they want you to do. Be willing to work in whatever department you are needed in.
Management should focus more on maintaining the morale of employees that have been with the company, employees that haven't succeeded in climbing the ladder. Empower them with challenges and training instead of meaningless excuses for not being chosen for a position.
