Pay is good. It's the next step to management. Many supervisors are helping manage the front end. Excellent benefits.
Work weekends and hours inconsistent. Lift heavy audits. Work all shift on concrete, walk a lot.
A great place to start for management. There must be thick skin from employees to upper management.
