If you want to move up with the company, this position shows you the hours that come with working for one of the best retailers. You have to work weekends, and inventory days are mandatory. No vacation time is allowed from Thanksgiving till Christmas, since it is the busiest time of the year.
Stay focused and keep pressing on. The days are not always smooth, and there is always something to do. Work with what you have and don't complain. The best thing to do is to find solutions.
