Built some great friendships and gained work experience.
Terrible work culture. Management politics are deplorable.
This is a corporate structure that rewards managers who put the company’s finances ahead of the human beings who work there. I sincerely can’t offer advice to management.
The corporate culture needs to change before any real progress can be made.
