Great pay and great benefits.
Management runs the building military style, and many of the managers have bad attitudes.
They don’t care to listen to their employees. Doing a good job is not rewarded and, in a lot of cases, not even recognised.
Most of the regular employees (cashiers and assistants) are great to work with, but most of those who have been there for a lot of years do not easily allow newcomers into their clique. I’ve been there for over 5 years, and they are still snooty with me.
Listen to your employees... some of them have great ideas!
Find a way to boost morale in the buildings, because from what I’m gathering, it’s low in most buildings.
Managers should not be allowed to talk down to or be condescending, just because they are managers.
Treat your employees with dignity and respect... THEY DESERVE IT.
