Friendly Staff, Conflicting Politics
Employees and staff are friendly. Management is approachable and mostly easy to work with; however, within management, there is a divide. Some lead by example, while others do little but delegate tasks and "take credit." It is a fast-paced environment.
There are corporate politics which contradict the Costco policies and mandates.
The Costco culture has changed throughout the years. The emphasis was once on great teamwork, strong work ethics, and customer satisfaction. Do you still promote these values at your warehouse location, or have you seen change as well?
