Costco is a great place to work as long as you do your job.
Good pay Great benefits Promotes from within
Sometimes members feel entitled and belittle employees. Rules are bent to appease the Karens/Chads.
Please explain to members that just because they are getting their way doesn’t mean the employee was wrong. Always back your employees up.
