Pros

Great pay and benefits. Because people work there so long, strong relationships form, which helps morale significantly.

Cons

Culture seems to be degrading. Many workers are stressed as corporate pursues more profits. They don't hire as many people as they used to, so fewer people are doing more work. Stress is at an all-time high.

Advice to Management

Remember Jim's core culture and ethic. Do whatever you can to maintain and promote that going forward.
