My experience has been good so far. It is a secure job, but it leaves some to be desired
Solid pay and good benefits. Easy to get days off and pretty flexible. Pay raises frequently until topped out at pay.
It's hard to balance work and life.
There's no set schedule.
There's a lack of employee morale.
Management is inconsistent.
It's not an environment I look forward to going to.
Try to make work more enjoyable for employees.
