The benefits package and wages are competitive. However, it takes time to get more pay, a few years unless promoted earlier. Sometimes pay is based on seniority.
A lot of hard work, mental and physical. Need to maintain health and be careful in a fast-paced environment. A lot of people to work with at once.
Be more transparent.
