The company definitely takes care of its people.
In pay, benefits, time off, you name it.
The culture is fantastic as well; people are generally positive, and it creates a good environment to work in.
Definitely recommend if you like to work hard and serve people to a high standard.
Not really any general work politics, here and there but very reasonable.
Give credit where it’s due. A lot of people are not interested in sharing ideas because they fear they won’t get credit.
