Good pay, great benefits, good sick time, good vacation time.
It seems like the company only cares about "rewarding the shareholders". We have rules in place, but we break them all the time for members, and it's always the managers.
Employees for the most part will follow the policy and rules, but management will get involved and let the members do what they want anyways, making a fool of the employee and not doing anything about disrespectful members.
If we just followed policy and rules, I think employees would be happier. If we dealt with disrespectful members accordingly, employees would feel better about going to work. I'm not sure if this is just my warehouse, but this has been my experience.
