Pros
  • Fast-paced work environment.
  • You can be put on different stations of work.
  • Flexible enough to work around a school schedule.
  • You can get a membership.
Cons
  • Poor management communication.
  • On your feet on concrete floors for your full shift.
  • Occasionally customers can be entitled or difficult to comply with, but that's in any service industry.
Advice to Management
  • Management did not always cooperate with other management, and it could be confusing when two different managers said two different things.

  • When corporate would do a check-in or visit, it was a high-stress environment. This stress came from management down to supervisors and then to entry-level positions. It felt as if we were not holding the standards that corporate would want on a day-to-day basis, but when they came, we had to clean up our act.
