Lots of manual labor. As a retail industry employee, you are often guaranteed to interact with difficult customers. However, because of the membership fee, people tend to be of a certain background or level of income.

Tedious in-person conversation, very professional and personable. I would not mind doing it again! Great process and good experience to interview. The only downside was that it was in a loud area.
