Decent pay and benefits, nothing else.
All the staff is super condescending, thinking because they have been at Costco for 20+ years, they are amazing at their jobs.
Working there during COVID, my lord, the managers didn't give a care about the customers or employees; they just cared about profits.
It doesn't matter, they don't listen. The open door policy is a joke so they can see who has issues with supervisors, and then they can discipline the employee and not the supervisor.
