Great company to work for!
Costco is a great company to work for! Everyone is super friendly and supportive. Costco's culture and work-life balance are excellent. Compensation and benefits are great also. The company truly cares about its employees.
It takes a while for engineers to get access to resources that allow them to do their work.
The managers I have had so far have been very supportive. Keep doing what you are doing.
