I had my telephonic interview on May 4th. It involved an easy LeetCode question, followed by many questions about my projects and work, including threading.
After that, the recruiter vanished for 2-3 weeks. Later, they informed me I was moving forward to the full loop, and my virtual interview was scheduled for May 21st.
The virtual interview consisted of 4 rounds:
Round 1: LeetCode easy and a few leadership questions. Round 2: Design a job scheduler, with some Java and leadership questions. Round 3: LeetCode easy and questions on threading, NoSQL/SQL databases, concurrency, and leadership. Round 4: Design Facebook search.
I really liked the interview process. The interviewers were engaged the whole time, despite it being virtual.
It's now been 3-4 weeks, and I haven't received feedback for my full loop. The recruiter is really poor at replying and following up.
LeetCode Easy to Medium is enough. Prepare well for their leadership questions; they focus on them too much.
