When arranging the interview, they were very nice and polite. After screening, I had three onsite rounds. They didn't respond with feedback. I tried reaching out, saying that even if the outcome was negative, at least they could send an email or a message to close the loop. But it looks like HR has taken the authority not to respond. While calling for the interview, they followed up like a big tech company, very politely. However, I reminded them that big tech companies quickly send feedback, especially if it's negative, and close the loop.
