You can be recognized for the amount of effort you put in. The salary level is quite satisfactory.
The slightly siloed structure can make collaboration a bit difficult at times. You may often feel that business teams take priority over development teams. Robust security measures make development more difficult. (This has pros and cons, but for me, it's a drawback.)
Developers are treated well. However, I wish the culture that allows developers to work without unnecessary obstacles was better established and promoted.
