The salary is very high based on actual compensation. It's conveniently located, right next to a subway station. Engineers are talented and skillful.
There is no WLB in this company. Everyone must work until they get exhausted.
All this high pressure is caused by inefficiency, not the real amount of work to do.
Extremely poor on-boarding processes.
Managers, who come with expensive expat packages, have questionable basic qualifications.
This company has a racial hierarchy. If you're of a certain race, you'll be promoted easily, while if you're not, you'll be significantly excluded from promotions. It's an open secret, but no one dares to raise the issue. While the US headquarters likely doesn't have this problem, I worked at the Korean branch, and many employees were dissatisfied with this issue.
Why do excellent engineers repeatedly quit before completing two years? This is clearly inefficient. Stop ignoring management issues.
Phone Screening - Virtual Onsite Interview (Multiple sessions). They asked me to onsite interview or virtual onsite interview, and I selected virtual onsite interview. I'm not sure if this can affect the overall results.
Phone screen interview + 2 more rounds for the tech project that I've done before. There were 2 coding tests + 1 more round with the PO. I think the PO's question was not clear.
The recruiter contacted me. Although she was very friendly, I couldn't see clear standards for the interview process. It consisted of: * Two design interviews * One live coding interview * One culture fit interview I answered all the question
