Great Learning and Opportunity to Build From Scratch
It's already been 1 year for me at Coupang, and I have already been part of multiple system design discussions and have built multiple services from scratch.
This could be common for people, but being part of a full product lifecycle from scratch, straight from requirement gathering, designing, and developing, is something we don't get in such a big organization.
Not only did I get the opportunity to build systems from scratch, but I also received great leadership support and guidance along the journey.
Work-life balance is a bit disturbed.
