After talking for a bit, I was called in for an on-site interview, which had me on their campus for about 6 hours. The questions included topics from algorithms, relational database design, and web security. I was also asked about previous experiences from internships and how I have dealt with problems I have encountered.

There was also a decent amount of time for me to interview them. I had a "lunch interview" with a couple of employees that allowed us to just talk about how they feel and address any concerns, as well as my interviewers being open to questions after their bit.
