If a person wants to change their PayPal account, they cannot change it, even if they have a permanent limitation from PayPal and have requested it more than 100 times. Course Hero does not change the PayPal account, and it is only a very big 👎 downside of Course Hero.
Of course, Hero could give some awards. For instance, if a tutor reached 1000 questions, they could be awarded with a certificate, like YouTube gives awards on achieving milestones.
If Course Hero added a section for adding subjects as we wish, after approval, it would be very helpful for all tutors.
If Course Hero also gave a chance to change PayPal IDs with some criteria, like high verification, video KYC, and a video call with all tutor's documents, it would be amazing and very satisfying for all tutors stuck with permanent limitations from PayPal and unable to remove them, even if they complete their whole life.
